Ingredients: Frame stamp by All Night Media, background stamp in the oval by Anna Griffin, fower by Blooms to Go, button from my stash, quote from Quote Garden printed with Porcelain font, and a piece of sheet music as the background picked up from a charity shop.

- I bought some Kola nut in London over the weekend, I have a feeling the last time I ate it was in Nigeria over 22 years ago!
