Chicken, broccoli, pesto and cheese buns

Made the enriched dough recipe for my bread machine, used 3oz wholewheat flour and 6oz of white. Mixed 300gr shredded chicken, handful of cooked broccoli, 2 tbsp pesto, and handful of grated cheese together.  Rolled out the dough into a rectangle. Spread out the mixture.  Roll up and slightly pull.  Sprinkle some flour around the roll. Cut into 8 pieces and public in a warm place to rise for 20mins. Put in iven and switch on to 200/gm6. Cook for approx 30 mins. Check after 20 mins.

Allow to cool down before ripping apart and devouring heartily.
