Twins or more dare

This is my take on the recent challenge set by DCM.

I kept my options open by going for gender neutral colours.

Ingredients: Textured paper from The Works, "Congratulations" printed on fabric, Prima flowers, vintage butttons, stamps from Clever Cut and Hero Arts, Fiskars colonial edged scissors.
