SALT Forgiveness

Kim S set the theme this week, here is an except of what she says on the SALT blog

Many people would state that they don't need forgiveness and yet, when we compare our every day acts against that of Christ, a sinless man, we are able to see our utter hopelessness of ever being worthy or "good" enough to receive the gift of everlasting life. Praise God, He sent a Savior who can forgive even the worse sinner and create in us a clean heart. "Mine the life won, and thine the life laid down...."
I was searching a verse that conveyed this them for me, and I came across Psalm 51, it reminded me of a time when I had disobeyed God and was feeling far from him and quite guilty, this verse helped to restore me and reassure me of God's forgiveness. Praise HIM!

I have also recently been inspired by some beautiful European blogs, Bibbi and Flo's .

this works so well! the simplicity of one tone of colour and the combination of elements- simply beautiful!

I love the simplicity of the pastel shade, but the blending of everything together - a beautiful response to the challenge (and I too think Psalm 51 is special)

I love these soft colors - they really complement the verse well.
