Lythan set the theme this week of New Life on SALT this week, please check out what she has written.
We're about to announce our new design team on SALT, had a few technical issues, so watch this space!
Found this picture of Luke when he was a couple of weeks old. One of my bridesmaid's parents came to visit and they took this pic! So Nicola's mum if you're reading this, I have you to thank!
The birth of a baby is such a blessing, but the greatest thing for me is the potential that child's life has in Christ, living a life for God, in his Will and to his Glory. Having a son for me also reminds me of THE great sacrifice and gift that was made by God himself, when he gave Jesus to die on the cross - for me!
Ingredients:
Paper - Anna Griffin, Melissa Frances, Basic Grey
Flowers - Prima
Felt cutout - Queen and Co
Punches - Martha Stewart, The Punch Bunch
Stash - Buttons, lace, floss, brads
You may have noticed (if you're a regular reader...do I have any?!) that I've not been blogging as much. I've been trying to cut down on computer time and prioritise a bit more. I have to say that home life has seemed a bit calmer, of course there are still trials, but I have felt better equipped to face them. Crafting time has not been as much of a priority as I've been busy with other things. It's all good though, all part of me growing and maturing and learning to be more like Jesus.
I was a very proud mummy this last week, as Luke came third in his recitation at his school Eisteddfod! He also got 2nd for the tallest daffodil in his class - no we didn't grow it, Tom got it from the garden at his work! So luke won the grand total of 30p this yr, 10p more than last year.
The other thing we're busy with at the moment, is going to EuroDisney! Tom managed to win, yes WIN! a trip there, including hotel, and Eurostar and £200 spending money (which we've already spent on getting the passports for all the family!) So we're off to London next wk, staying with my folks, visiting an aunt and seeing afore mentioned bridesmaid all before going to Paris on the Friday. Woohoo, I'm secretly quite excited!

Well done, Tom, for winning the trip to Disneyland - how exciting - hope you all have a super time. And well done to Luke for his successes. Your Salt LO is perfect for the topic. x
A delicate and pretty boder for a geat photo. Love the finishing touches. A lovely reminder of Gods love, and New life in Him.
Adore this page...so precious!
