Thanks to a sweet friend of mine who never ceases to inspire me with her commitment to using seasonal yummy stuff, I've made my first bottle of rosehip syrup.

Mandala circle beginnings

Found {this} lovely pattern that has inspired me to have a go. So far so good!

Rose Cushion Ta dah!

 I made this in May for a dear friend's little girl.  I wanted to give her something that would be practical and pretty, and also something I hope she'll like when she's older.  The pattern can be found {here} on a fab crocheting blog called Apple Blossom Dreams.  There is even a Youtube tutorial if you need it.

Really pleased how the picot edging turned out (I made it up myself, don't ask me how!)

Made this bunting for a friend.

While I was taking pics of the bunting I couldn't desist taking these of the spring flowers.  We've been away for a week and so many things have come into bloom.
